Canyon Baits started in a dusty garage in Orange County, California, where a couple of lifelong anglers got tired of lures that looked good in the package but ghosted fish on the line. Today, we're a small crew handcrafting premium plastic freshwater baits right here in the USA; designing patterns that mimic the real deal, molding them for durability,

DESIGN
We sketch patterns inspired by canyon forage: shad fleeing boulders, worms tumbling in riffles...using angler feedback from our test waters.
MOLD
Custom aluminum molds crafted in house for precision shapes that hold up to toothy trout and brute bass.
POUR
Hand poured in small batches with premium plastisol for that soft yet tough feel. No shortcuts, no fillers.
TEST & REFINE
Field trials in California's deltas, Utah's high desert lakes, and Idaho's freestone rivers. We log strikes per hour, adjust buoyancy, and iterate until it's dialed.
